Ask An Author Week #5: Jacquie Rogers
Question: What is your favorite Season to write in and why?
Jacquie Rogers: Autumn. For some reason, once the days become shorter and the temperature is crisper, I want to write stories.I'm a former software designer, campaign manager, deli clerk, and cow milker, but always a bookworm. I've been writing fiction for nearly 10 years, and have several completed novel-length manuscripts in the western historical and futuristic romance genres. My current release is a short contemporary novel, Down Home Ever Lovin' Mule Blues (trade paperback). Before that, Faery Special Romances was released: 10 stories in 10 time periods. Thank you!
I'm actually changing direction (business-wise, not with my stories) so I will be a bit before the next book is released.
What is your favorite sub-genre?

I appreciate that, kimmyl.
As for writing, I try not to try, because when I try, it doesn't sing. Yes, I know, kind of weird. LOL
